Please indicate that you are with the Hoof Trimmers Association and want the special rate, see chart below. The room block is reserved until June 15, 2008. Hotel reservations made after this date are subject to the hotel’s prevailing rates and availability.

Please make your reservations early. This rate is also available for one day prior to and following the conference, should you decide to extend your stay. Please call the office if you find the hotel is filled. We’ll help find overflow rooms if necessary.

Early departure fee: You will be asked to verify your departure date at check in, then changes can be made at that time without penalty. If you choose to depart before the agreed upon date, you will be assessed a one time fee of 50% of the room rate.
